NO RISK RETURNS

We do accept returns and ALL Australian consumer rights are fully respected by us. If one of our items contains a major fault, is damaged or not as it was described, please return it. Or for example if you get your order and it looks like the postie has used it for cricket practice and the item is damaged, return it. We refuse to sell you anything that isn't in perfect condition. Also if we accidentally mislabeled a product and you get a completely different thing then that is totally our fault and not ok, we will fix that asap! We will accept returns for any reason really including if your wife/husband/significant other/cat looked on disapprovingly.. however returned goods must all be in original unworn condition with all tags and labels still attached. They must also be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase. We will issue a full refund but please note the original shipping cost is non refundable. Items sent back not within the time frame or clearly not in the same pristine unworn condition they went out in cant be accepted sorry!  Returns that don't include the original invoice/receipt may take a significant amount of time to process so please include that too! Please note: underwear however can not be returned due to health and hygiene reasons unless it is faulty from the manufacturer.

So in the event something has gone wrong, please contact us and let us know so we can provide you with a return authorisation number so our returns department can accept the package. Return postage is the customers responsibility and must be via a trackable service with the tracking number provided to us. Its really important we have both of those numbers so we can accept the incoming delivery,we cant accept deliveries without them.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes! We do. We ship worldwide with a standard or express trackable service for speed and peace of mind. However please note that any applicable taxes and duties are the customers responsibility and it is entirely up to you to check if any apply to your order and how much they will cost.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If in the event something has to be returned, simply contact us with the details of what went wrong and we will provide you with a return authorisation number so our returns department can accept the return. All returns must be sent via a registered service and that tracking number provided to us. Packages without these numbers will be returned to sender so it is very important!

 

What is your returns policy?

 

We offer 30 day risk free returns and provide full refunds minus the original shipping costs for damaged and unusable items including items that were accidentally mislabelled by us and not as described. Also simply if you change your mind or aren't happy with your purchase for any reason. Of course in this instance please note items sent back, in order to be accepted for refund must be in their original unworn and undamaged condition with all labels and tags still attached. We do not offer exchanges but given a refund you are most welcome to purchase a different size or even something else entirely, we believe this gives you more freedom of choice!

How do I track my order?

 

We will provide you with an email telling you what your tracking number is for your items. We only use trackable postage so there is peace of mind and you can keep an eye out for your package to arrive!

We offer standard domestic shipping (4-7 days). With the option to upgrade your shipping to Express (2-4 days) for those times when you need your items fast!

We combine all shipping so instead of paying shipping on each item, it is all calculated by weight at the checkout automatically so you only pay the minimum!

Measuring hack: Our waist and chest measurements are all the way around. So if you are unsure and don't have a clothing tape measure handy another solution is either a ruler or if all else fails, raid the toolbox for your trusty old tape measure! Find a tshirt, pair or jeans or even underwear that you have which fit you well and measure the waist/chest and then simply halve our measurement. Problem solved..
